Job summary

Goodwin Living is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex building systems, including HVAC, boilers, water heaters, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will work with the Facilities Director to support preventive maintenance, reduce vendor reliance, and improve reliability for residents and staff.

The pay starts at $31.50/hr. Hours are 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance in healthcare or senior living.
• Strong HVAC, boiler, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies after hours.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, boilers, water heaters, and plumbing.
• Lead preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Coordinate with facilities leadership and maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
