Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist III to maintain and improve utilities and facilities supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic filling operations. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and document CMMS and GMP activities.

The role involves planning maintenance, coordinating projects, training staff, and working with customers and vendors, requiring strong teamwork and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
• Minimum of 4 years of cGMP experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of support and clean utility systems and cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities, utilities, labs, and cleanrooms to a ready and compliant state.
• Monitors and corrects Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
• Trains junior staff in facilities maintenance trades and safety procedures.
