Job summary

NEOTech in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day upkeep and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment, including electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. You will repair interior and exterior building components and coordinate daily and weekly work with supervision.

Responsibilities include researching service quotes, assisting with relocations, communicating with vendors, and ensuring safety through Lockout-Tagout and site procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade certification a plus.
• 6+ years in manufacturing/operations maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior building components and related systems.
• Coordinate daily/weekly work with supervision.
• Assist with quotes for services and facility needs.
• General maintenance such as painting, lighting, weatherproofing.
• Assist Quality in ES D adherence across production.
• Coordinate with outside vendors.
• Safely perform work following LOTO and site procedures.
• Support 6S objectives and other duties as assigned.
