Job summary

RoslinCT in Hopkinton, MA, seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain a cGMP production environment. You will lead maintenance activities, support QMS processes, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, RO, boilers, BMS, electrical, and plumbing, and coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality.

The role requires 7+ years of industrial facilities experience in regulated environments, strong troubleshooting, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industrial facilities or maintenance experience in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining facility and utility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and RO systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose equipment failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience leading maintenance activities and coordinating vendors/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned maintenance activities and work orders per SOPs.
• Support QMS processes including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in cGMP compliance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for facility and utility system issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, RO systems, boilers, chillers, BMS, lighting, and gas handling systems.
• Coordinate maintenance with Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and external vendors.
