Jubilant Radiopharmacies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Facilities to keep radiopharmacy locations safe, compliant, and running smoothly. You will design, maintain, and improve facilities while ensuring regulatory and radiation safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8+ years in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments or facility maintenance.
• Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, infrastructure).
• Working knowledge of NRC/state radiation control requirements and cleanroom standards.
• Knowledge of USP <825>, USP <797>, USP <795> and quality systems.
• Experience supporting cleanrooms and/or classified production environments.
• Understanding of radiation safety and radioactive waste handling.
• CFM or equivalent certification preferred; related EHS certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Concur, Microsoft 365 or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Focus on safety, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support radiopharmacy facilities across the U.S. for operational readiness.
• Provide technical oversight of building systems (HVAC, generators, security).
• Ensure environmental controls meet USP <825> standards and regulations.
• Partner with Quality to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead site restoration activities aligning with leases and codes.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors, manage costs and procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance facility reliability and performance.
• Support audits, inspections, deviations, and CAPA in facilities.
