Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Facilities to lead design, maintenance and continuous improvement of radiopharmacy facilities. You will ensure regulatory and radiation safety standards while supporting operations across the country.

The role requires collaboration with Quality teams, CAPA and audits, management of capital projects, and oversight of environmental controls, with a focus on safety and cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, plus relevant work experience.
• 5–8+ years in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of NRC/state radiation control requirements and cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of building systems (HVAC, generators, security).
• Ensure environmental controls meet USP standards and regulatory procedures.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs with Quality.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, relocations, and upgrades.
• Lead site restoration and compliance with lease, codes and regs.
• Coordinate vendors to ensure safety, security and reliability.
