Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Project Manager provides the opportunity to manage impactful projects that will achieve significant return for the company. You will own the complete life cycle of major projects and drive the process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners and field operations.
  2. Coordinate and respond to requests for change from original plans.
  3. Identify, assess and minimize risks throughout the project life cycle.
  4. Observe team dynamics and adjust methodology accordingly.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. 5+ years’ experience of managing large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization.
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  4. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  6. Travel as needed.
