Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Specialist, Facilities Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate facilities projects, equipment relocations and contractor oversight within the AMF South campus. The role partners with Facilities Engineering, Maintenance, EHS and external vendors to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree required, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of facilities management–project coordination.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects including equipment relocations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage contractor oversight, permits, and scheduling to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support planning, scheduling, and execution to minimize production disruption.
• Track project progress, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with capital planning and project justification development.
