Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction, and occupancy activities for large-scale facilities capital projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with investments exceeding $10 million in construction value.
• Establish project scope, budgets, schedules, execution strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate external consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and service providers.
• Translate project impacts into business outcomes and recommendations; present updates to leadership.
