Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance team operations and align with operations and compliance teams.
• Oversee facilities operations budgets, rentals, purchases, and capital improvements.
• Manage MHE, building, refrigeration, and battery technicians and supervise external contractors and vendors.
• Audit and close work orders and purchase orders; review PM schedules and metrics.
