Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior Manager in North Charleston, SC, to lead the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (FM CoE). You will oversee internal and supplier-based teams, manage the facilities maintenance budget, and partner with IFM to align with enterprise standards and continuous improvement.

This role requires strategic collaboration with executive leadership, engineering, project management, and other COEs to drive data-informed decisions and long-term planning for facilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a facilities maintenance team.
• 5+ years coaching and developing others.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities maintenance team, internal and supplier-based, at the Charleston site.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, emergencies, shutdowns, and asset renewal strategies.
• Manage facilities budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management teams, and other COEs to support facilities initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through leadership and collaboration, fostering a culture of change.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams and managers, including conflict management and talent development.
• Build and maintain relationships across CoEs, BRM, FM leaders, business partners and suppliers.
• Manage supplier contracts and performance, ensuring alignment with Boeing standards and goals.
• Participate in strategic and operational planning to support facilities objectives end-to-end.
• Integrate employee and mid-level management within facilities planning and maintenance activities.
