Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Facilities Management Center of Excellence (FM CoE) team at our North Charleston, SC site. The Senior Manager - Facilities Management is accountable for end-to-end oversight of facilities operations at the North Charleston site. This senior leader leads both internal and supplier-based teams, owns financial accountability for the facilities maintenance budget and processes, and partners closely with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier. The role requires strategic collaboration with executive leadership, COEs, business partners, engineering, project management, and other service groups to ensure enterprise standards, continuous improvement, and alignment to business objectives.
