Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across seven facilities in three states. You will lead day-to-day site management, vendor relationships, space planning, and maintenance while aligning with leadership and enterprise teams.

Regular travel up to 30% is required as Lighthouse expands. You will establish facility standards, manage budgets, and drive process improvements with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities across markets.
• Ability to develop longer-term facility plans and processes.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and capital projects.
• Experience using facilities/workplace technology tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations across Lighthouse locations.
• Develop scalable facility standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service providers.
• Coordinate space planning and facility utilization as needs change.
• Travel up to 30% to support multiple sites.
