Job summary

Aspen Dental, part of The Aspen Group (TAG), is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities management strategy and execution. You will oversee teams across multiple locations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality, and drive cost-saving initiatives while aligning with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include vendor management, budgeting, KPI oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Real Estate, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing relationships.
• Ability to analyze spend, budgets, and service levels for improvements.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in multi-unit facilities management across a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management strategy and execution for best-in-class safety and cleanliness.
• Manage a team of Facilities Coordinators across multiple locations.
• Set performance expectations, coach staff, and manage staffing/workload/career development.
• Oversee vendor strategies, SLAs, and cost control decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, manage billing, and ensure accurate GL/location coding.
• Plan and oversee mid-to-large facilities projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as escalation point for complex facility issues and coordinate cross-functionally.
