Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day management of dental equipment across multiple locations in the U.S. The role requires coordinating with office staff, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues by phone, track work orders and budgets, and lead small projects from planning to completion. A flexible schedule and travel may be needed, with an on-call rotation after hours.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in multi-unit facilities management preferred.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility management of dental equipment across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot equipment over the phone and provide instructions.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely action and billing.
• Track work orders and budgets, and manage vendor data.
• Lead small projects from start to finish and guide field techs.
• Be available Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
