Job summary

Uline is seeking a Facilities Manager for our Washington branch, based in Lacey, WA. Lead diverse facilities teams across maintenance, security, and custodial functions while partnering with leadership on policy and long-term planning.

You will manage budgets, oversee capital projects, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safe, reliable facilities and compliant operations. On-site role with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience; facilities experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, data center and landscaping.
• Occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop diverse Facilities teams including maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams.
• Work with Corporate and Branch leadership on Facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning and team development.
• Accurately plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses and projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Work with vendors and oversee execution of contracted services.
