Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Senior Facilities & Maintenance Technician for a hands-on onsite role at a chemical manufacturing site in St. Paul, MN.

This senior technician will support safe, efficient operations and act as a resource to the maintenance team. You will maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, BAS/BMS, electrical and plumbing, oversee outside contractors, and assist with facility improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Chief boiler license or ability to obtain one in the next 6 months
• Building Automation System (BAS/BMS) experience
• 5+ years of experience with direct hands on laboratory maintenance with an understanding of HVAC, boilers, chillers, controls, and how building systems interact
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems to support safe and efficient operations
• Oversee outside contractors and assist with facility improvement projects
• Coordinate daily maintenance work and mentor junior team members
• Ensure preventative maintenance activities stay on schedule

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Facilities/Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation a chemical manufacturing company in St. Paul. This individual will maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, controls, and specialized laboratory equipment, while helping ensure preventative maintenance activities stay on schedule. The role also supports building automation system operations, oversees outside contractors, and assists with facility improvement projects. As a senior-level technician, this person will serve as a resource to the maintenance team, helping coordinate daily work, solve complex maintenance issues, and maintain a safe, professional, and efficient facility environment. This position is fully onsite and offers a salary range between $89,000-$96,000 depending on skills and experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• CMMS software experience (MVP One or similar)
• Corporate headquarters maintenance experience
• Project management or contractor coordination experience
• Experience reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)

On-Call: One week per month rotation
