Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team in California. The role supports maintenance and operational excellence within the Facilities & Engineering department, focusing on mechanical systems and building operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with large-scale utility systems, strong mechanical skills, and BAS familiarity; a high school diploma or GED is required, HVAC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventative maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors on water system testing and treatment.
• Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs and CMMS.

Our client, a leader in Facilities & Engineering support, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities & Engineering department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $40 to $45 per hour

What's the Job?
