Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in carpentry or general maintenance.
• Mechanical, plumbing, electrical or HVAC certification preferred.
• Must maintain a valid SC driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Club facilities to the highest level.
• Check for proper operation of all equipment.
• Ensure guest areas are in good repair.
• Complete repairs or installations noted in work orders.
• Assess buildings and equipment for maintenance needs.
