Job summary

Experis, on behalf of a client, seeks a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician in El Paso, TX to lead campus maintenance, oversee contractors, and ensure reliable building operations. The candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical systems, driving uptime and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facilities experience, EPA HVAC certification, and CMMS (Corrigo) proficiency, with leadership responsibilities to guide

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC experience with valid EPA Universal Certification and HVAC certification.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience across 120V, 208V, 277V and 480V.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems (Corrigo preferred).
• Leadership responsibilities and coordination of repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, piping, filters, and related infrastructure.
• Manage and complete work orders through the CMMS (Corrigo), ensuring accurate documentation.
• Oversee contractors, coordinate repairs, maintain inventory levels, and support safety programs.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff to maximize uptime.

As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician Team supporting campus operations, building maintenance, and critical infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:El paso, TX

Pay Range:$30/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical building systems.
