Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to organize and oversee maintenance operations on-site. You will perform technical tasks and provide guidance to the department across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, and ensuring safety standards. This full-time on-site position offers collaboration with facilities teams and involvement in projects and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Engineering, manufacturing construction or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Facilities and Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance activities to keep buildings safe and functional.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians, assign work orders, monitor completion.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and components.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventories, and service reports.
