Job summary

Aloha Petroleum is seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance and Construction to provide strategic leadership for Facilities Maintenance and Construction, overseeing fueling systems, convenience stores, and capital projects to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

The role leads internal teams and external contractors, coordinates maintenance programs, project execution, regulatory compliance, asset lifecycle, and safety initiatives, with a focus on maximizing asset reliability and

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of facilities maintenance, construction management, engineering principles, asset management, and project delivery.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to lead diverse teams.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, capital planning, and project controls.
• Knowledge of environmental, safety, building, and permitting regulations.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Facilities Maintenance and Construction departments.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, budgets, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Oversee maintenance of fueling equipment, UST systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, signage, and canopies.
• Direct project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, and closeout.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with standards.
• Lead safety, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Monitor SLAs, work order performance, response times, and maintenance quality.
