Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare facilities and project management experience.
• 3 years of administrative experience in hospital administration or a specialty field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Facilities Services teams.
• Ensure Facilities Services standards are consistently met.
• Develop, manage, and oversee budgets for the Facility Engineering department.
• Lead and facilitate quality improvement programs.
• Support and guide planning and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements.
• Promote efficient and sustainable facility operations.
