Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering Llc in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Facilities Lead to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and projects to keep a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.

You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support safety, compliance, and timely completion of tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and space planning. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities coordination, building maintenance, or a related field.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Experience overseeing facility projects and working with vendors
• Certifications such as FMP or CFM are a plus.
• Prior experience in a DoD environment or facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Lead planning, design, integration, and delivery of program facilities, including Secured Facility spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address facility needs.
• Assist in implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize disruptions.
• Lead the execution of facility projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize facility-related improvements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost performance .
• Track progress of facility tasks and provide updates to leadership as needed.
• Work with vendors and contractors to ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair work.
• Issue RFPs for equipment, construction, and maintenance services; evaluate contractor proposals.
• Assist with reviewing contracts, service agreements, and ensuring vendor compliance with company policies.
• Schedule and oversee vendor work to minimize operational disruptions.
