Job summary

CACI is seeking a Facilities Services Lead in Hawaii to serve as the senior advisor for planning, modernization, and sustainment of operational facilities across the Indo-Pacific. You will guide facility development, direct teams, and ensure survivability of critical infrastructure to support SOCPAC missions.

The role requires active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 15+ years in facilities/infrastructure, and 4+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
15+ years supporting facilities management and infrastructure.
6+ years supporting Joint, Combatant Command, or theater-level orgs.
4+ years leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams.
Experience with facility planning, utilities, and sustainment.
Certifications such as PMP/CFM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct planning, coordination, and execution of facilities services across multiple orders.
Advise government leadership on facility development, resilience, and modernization.
Oversee site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and modernization initiatives.
Ensure building systems and utilities remain operational for mission continuity.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage cost, schedule, and performance.
Coordinate with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and regional managers.
