Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Corporate Facilities, Fleet & Environmental Manager to oversee safety auditing, environmental compliance, facility condition, and fleet assets across approximately 25 sites. Lead capital planning, vendor governance, and risk management while coordinating with executive leadership to drive improvements and cost efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in facilities/fleet management, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT standards, and advanced proficiency with Excel and

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive facilities, fleet, operations, construction, industrial asset, or related management experience.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, SPCC, hazardous materials, environmental and industrial safety requirements.
Experience with fleet lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, utilization reporting, replacement planning, and TCO analysis.
Hands-on understanding of heavy-duty truck dealership operations and vendor-managed repairs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain facility and fleet standards across multiple sites.
Coordinate capital projects, budgets, and safety/environmental compliance.
Lead risk management, audits, and regulatory readiness with internal and external partners.
Manage vendor contracts, pricing, and performance across locations.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for safety, environment, and asset performance.
