Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group seeks an experienced Corporate Facilities, Fleet & Environmental Manager to oversee multi‑site facilities and company‑owned rolling stock. You will manage safety, environmental compliance, and vendor governance while guiding capital projects and fleet replacement planning.

The role requires leadership across functions, the development of performance dashboards, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective operations across all locations with strong collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities, fleet, or related management in heavy‑duty trucking or similar.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and environmental safety requirements.
• Hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety auditing, environmental compliance, and fleet asset management.
• Develop capital project plans and dashboards for KPIs and cost control.
• Coordinate with executives and cross‑functional teams to deliver facility and fleet improvements.
