Job summary

Williams is seeking a Facilities Engineer II/III/Senior based in Denver to lead upstream and midstream capital projects. You will own equipment design, process deliverables, and project execution from concept through startup and handoff, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong background in facilities engineering, at least eight years of related experience, and a PE license or progress toward one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or engineering technology with PE license; eight years of multifaceted engineering exp in natural gas/facility engineering.
• PE license or progression toward PE; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication skills and safety priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream and midstream facilities projects from concept through startup and handoff.
• Design facilities equipment including separators, tanks, pump skids, compressors, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Develop process designs, equipment specs, PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans and ROW docs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to drive procurement strategies for safe, efficient project execution.
• Manage project finances: AFE development, cost tracking, forecasting, and risk/opportunity communication.
• Collaborate with operations teams through construction, commissioning, startup and turnover.
