Qualifications

• Ability to interpret building and utility drawings.
• Ability to update As-Built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, operation, repairs of facilities infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance plans.
• Conduct engineering assessments and develop plans for facility improvements.
• Prepare scopes of work and cost estimates for projects.
