Job summary

A leading technology firm in Springfield, Ohio is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance operations and oversee equipment troubleshooting and capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to drive improvements in equipment performance and safety while leading a dedicated team in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a manufacturing plant maintenance role is required, or equivalent experience for HS Diploma.
• Demonstrated experience implementing manufacturing improvements.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities and provide technical expertise.
• Manage large capital projects up to $1M.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment performance.

5-axis CNC experience

PLC experience

Strong project management skills

Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
