Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility condition assessments for all 1,100 buildings and regional campuses.
• Travel to building locations and build relationships with building managers.
• Analyze and score the condition of building systems and structures; capture deficiencies.
• Create reports on findings and support planning/scheduling of assessment work.
