Job summary

Cirtec Medical in Lowell, MA is seeking a Facilities & EHS Manager to lead all safety, environmental, and facility operations in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will drive compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA-regulated standards and oversee HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.

You will manage capital projects, audits, vendor relationships, and a safety-first culture while collaborating across Operations, Quality, and HR to support site objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field; experience accepted as substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in EHS/Facilities in regulated manufacturing (med device preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with FDA-regulated and ISO 13485 environments.
• Experience managing facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Leading environmental, health & safety programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, training, emergency plans, and environmental initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee facility infrastructure operations, maintenance, and reliability of systems.
• Manage renovations, expansions, and space planning; oversee contractors and vendors.
• Maintain facility security, access control, and visitor management; ensure emergency preparedness.
• Develop budgets, capex, and cost-reduction initiatives; monitor KPIs.
