Job summary

Electroswitch is seeking a Facilities Manager in Weymouth, MA to oversee facility operations, EH&S, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. You will manage vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and capital projects to keep production, machine shop, warehouse, and offices running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• 5–10+ years facilities and EH&S management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local regulations.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems.
• Proven leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Lead EH&S programs and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital expenditures.
• Travel between sites to support operations.
