Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Facilities Management COE to deliver data analytics and dashboards across global FM programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise asset management & risk organizations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Forms, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with ambiguous data and define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly generation of dashboards and associated data visualizations for key COE programs.
• Utilize various data analysis and visualization tools to support the global FM COE and business partners with reporting outputs.
• Provide data oversight and stewardship of FM metrics, business interruption and other FM programs.
• Build partnerships with internal and external digital and BI teams to enhance reporting capabilities for the COE.
• Provide technical expertise to support the risk and compliance platform for EPS including ingestion of data from external sources.
• Collaborate across EPS to support ONE EPS and align data architecture.
• Support annual FM program scoping efforts for acquisitions and greenfield sites.
• Collaborate with EPS digital teams to maintain an accurate global property list.
