The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Facilities Controls Engineer to join our team among multiple U.S. locations.

You will support Building Automation Systems, oversee SCADA integration, and coordinate with engineering, facilities, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable operation and on-time project delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BAS, strong project leadership, and experience with industrial networks such as BACnet/IP, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• 5+ years with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• 5+ years with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting for Building Management/Automation Systems including controllers, field devices, sensors, and system integrations.
• Analyze and resolve alarms, faults, and unattended conditions; determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Support nationwide rollout and integration of the enterprise SCADA platform for building/infrastructure monitoring; analyze configuration and connectivity issues and coordinate fixes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and deliver projects on schedule.
• Provide contractor oversight and technical direction to third-party integrators and service providers; ensure adherence to Boeing standards.
