Job summary

The Facilities Contract Monitoring Officer (CMO) at MUSC Health will provide direct implementation, performance monitoring, and technical oversight for all maintenance and support contracts within the MUSC University and Medical University Health Authority activities in the Charleston region.

The CMO will develop technical requirements for vendor contracts, support the Charleston Region Facilities Contract Manager in vendor solicitations, and coordinate a portfolio of 30+ maintenance agreements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Degree in engineering or project management is a plus.
Work Experience: 2-4 years.

Responsibilities

Provide direct implementation, performance monitoring, and technical oversight for maintenance contracts.
Lead development of technical requirements for vendor support contracts.
Assist the Charleston Region Facilities Contract Manager in gathering requirements for vendor solicitations.
Coordinate a portfolio of 30+ maintenance agreements totaling $10M+ annually, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
