Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) in Charleston region seeks a Facilities Contract Monitoring Officer to oversee maintenance and support contracts for the Facilities Engineering teams serving MUSC University and MUHA activities. The role ensures regulatory compliance, performance, and financial objectives while coordinating a large portfolio of contracts.

The CMO will drive vendor requirements, supervise implementation, and provide technical guidance across RHNs and Enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Degree in engineering or project management is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct implementation, performance monitoring, and technical oversight for maintenance and support contracts in Facilities Engineering operations.
• Lead development of technical requirements for vendor support contracts and assist in gathering requirements for vendor solicitations.
• Coordinate a portfolio of 30+ maintenance agreements totaling $10M+ annually while ensuring compliance and meeting financial objectives.
