Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages large capital facility projects from initiation to occupancy.
• Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
• Leads regular briefs with senior management on critical issues and project status.
• Oversees feasibility studies, site selection, design, and proposal development.
• Coordinates workflows between general contractor, owners, and inspectors; ensures quality control and regulatory compliance.
