Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Project Manager (Noncommercial) to lead facility infrastructure projects from scope to completion at their site in Richland, WA. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Strong experience in facility, construction, and project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Certifications or facility management credentials are a plus.
• Excellent communication with staff, vendors, and management.
• Strong problem identification and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent report development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of facilities projects from scope definition to completion.
• Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and oversee contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, IT, HR, Finance, and HSE to align facilities needs and project resources.
• Conduct site assessments and manage building system upgrades.
• Track budgets, prevent scope creep, identify cost savings, and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, safety regulations and site standards & policies while maintaining accurate project plans and status reports.
