Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Project Assistant in Richland, WA. The role supports leadership in coordinating major commercial design, construction, expansion, renovation, and related projects, and helps maintain schedules and project documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing status reports, coordinating reviews, and ensuring alignment with quality and cost objectives. Strong communication and PM tool proficiency are essential for success in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration.
• Strong PC skills and ability to use project management tools.
• Effective communication across all levels of staff, management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leadership with coordination and administration of major commercial design, construction, expansion, renovation, and related projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, materials, documentation, and management tools to meet quality, cost, reliability, and timing objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, personnel, materials, equipment, and documentation through the project lifecycle.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules, requirements, risks, action items, modifications, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate project reviews, meetings, and related documentation and follow-up activities.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and meeting materials; track variances and action items for follow-up.
• Support communication and coordination among project team members, management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying project resource and skill requirements and use approved PM processes and tools.
