Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering/related degree and progressive experience in facilities/capital projects.
• Experience delivering GMP-regulated projects in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Completes capital projects (HVAC, utilities, renovations) on time and within budget.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, regulatory codes and company policies.
• Leads cross-functional teams from initiation to closure; coordinates with operations, calibration, and validation groups.
• Provides technical guidance to support introduction of new technologies and processes.
• Promotes safety culture and manages internal staff and external contractors.
• Develops cost estimates, CARs, and detailed project schedules; manages documentation.
• Supports Operations with integration of new systems and processes.
