Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility maintenance or building operations.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical or automation equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations including preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and building systems support (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Support automation equipment maintenance and OSR/A-Frame/conveyor systems where applicable.
• Serve as primary contact for facility and automation issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues.
