Job summary

Terracon is seeking a seasoned facilities professional to diagnose, evaluate, and develop repair/restoration solutions for built environments in Houston. You will oversee complex portfolios, coordinate assessments, and deliver client-ready reports and proposals.

The role emphasizes independent project execution, safety, and quality, with opportunities to engage in technical presentations and professional activities within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in building science or related field with 7–10 years’ facility assessment experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in facility assessment; or 11–14 years if no degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex facilities projects and manage detailed portfolios.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate assessments, inspections and testing.
• Develop scope of services, communicate progress, and deliver findings.
• Prepare routine and complex client deliverables and proposals.
• Advise junior team members and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Represent the firm in local technical and business organizations.
