• Maintain all packaged software file configurations.
• Plan liaison with business areas during development and implementation.
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and manage project timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
• Provide detailed configuration guidance to customers and partners.
• Analyze requirements to ensure efficient enterprise solutions.
• Analyze current software usage and report improvements.
• Fulfillment Team – SDLC tasks: design, code, test, document.
