Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a seasoned professional to identify business requirements and deliver packaged software solutions for health plan operations. You will lead configuration, testing and process design while acting as the subject matter expert on data definitions, file structures, and business rules.

You will guide package software modifications, configure tables, and liaise with business areas to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design solutions for a packaged system software implementation.
• Lead configuration and administration of packaged software and participate in testing and process design.
• Serve as SME for application areas including data definitions, file structures and business rules.
