AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior healthcare Solution Architect to lead architecture and solution design for state-specific Medicaid regulatory changes across the health-plan technology ecosystem.

The architect should have deep knowledge of Facets, Mainframe, Java, DataStage, Talend/TalendWorks and healthcare payer architecture, combined with strong Medicaid regulatory and business-process knowledge. Remote work from the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Facets and payer architecture.
• Experience with mainframe platforms and distributed systems.
• Understanding of Medicaid regulations and state variations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for state Medicaid regulatory changes.
• Assess regulatory impacts across mainframe, Java, DataStage, ETL, and APIs.
• Design reusable architecture patterns for state-specific variations.
• Provide technical leadership to Facets, Mainframe, ETL, and QA teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and production-readiness assessments.
