Jered is looking for a Senior Fabricator to join their team in Brunswick, Georgia. This role involves applying advanced welding techniques such as GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW to fabricate critical components for the U.S. Navy and global maritime systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a heavy industrial environment and proficient skills in MILSPEC-level fabrication.

Whether fitting intricate assemblies or mentoring junior fabricators, your craftsmanship directly supports the performance and reliability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners. As a Senior Fabricator, you’ll spend most of your time fabricating, fitting, and welding intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques. The most successful team members bring expert knowledge, an eye for precision, and a strong safety‑first mindset. They don’t just meet expectations, they model best practices and elevate the performance of everyone around them.
You’ll work in a high‑output manufacturing environment where precision, collaboration, and adaptability are key. Challenges include maintaining certification across multiple weld processes, troubleshooting equipment, interpreting complex drawings, and mentoring junior fabricators. Success means hitting production goals without sacrificing quality and building a team culture rooted in learning and craftsmanship.
