Job summary

Jered, LLC, a PAR Systems Company, is seeking a Senior Fabricator for a weekend shift at our Brunswick, GA facility. The position runs Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, and focuses on GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW and SAW to MILSPEC standards in a heavy industrial environment.

You’ll fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures, read and interpret engineering drawings, mentor junior fabricators, and maintain multiple certifications while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols
• MILSPEC-level fabrication
• Able to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe
• Proficient with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T
• US persons

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW and SAW.
• Read engineering drawings and welding symbols to MILSPEC standards.
• Mentor junior fabricators and maintain safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve weld process issues.
• Hit production goals while preserving craftsmanship.
