Job description

Staffmark is hiring a Senior Fabrication Lead for our client in Corona, CA. If you are ready to showcase your leadership skills and kick-start your professional career, this could be an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for you!

Pay: $32.64 - $35.40 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5 AM - 1:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication


• 5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a manufacturing environment


• Excellent math skills and mechanical aptitude


• The ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints


• Skilled in the metal fabrication process


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Senior Fabrication Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily production schedule.


• Maintain high-quality standards for products.


• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and BOMs.


• Operate fabrication tools and equipment.


• Train fabrication team members.


• Troubleshoot any production issues.


• Assist with process improvements.
