Job summary

Hermanson Company seeks a Sr. Fabric Technical Data Architect to design, build, and operationalize a Microsoft Fabric-based data platform and lakehouse. You will own the platform architecture, pipelines, governance, and operations in partnership with the Sr.

Data & Solutions Architect. You will drive scalable, governed data solutions for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives, advancing from MVP to a mature in-house data capability and enabling trusted datasets for Power BI and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science.
Experience with analytics, reporting and AI use cases.
Semantic modeling and analytics platforms (Power BI).
Data cataloging, lineage and metadata management tools.
AI/ML data platform design or analytics enablement.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Operate effectively in MVP → scale/maturity transitions.

Responsibilities

Design and manage end-to-end Microsoft Fabric architecture (lakehouse, dev/uat/prod).
Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines across systems.
Establish governance, security, and operational patterns.
Own deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and release management for Fabric.
Expand platform beyond core ERP data and enable AI-ready datasets.
